Fair enough, but I know for a fact that Steve was inspired by Harry Potter because of the complete score track "Tavern Fighting (Part 1)". The end of that track has a direct reference to The Chamber of Secrets theme from the second film.I GOT HIS AUTOGRAPH!!!!!!Dark Phoneix is more playable than Dunkirk, more thematic in my opinion, and don't agree with that opinions saying are the same, specially when Dark Phoenix has more in common with the early 2010s and some of the 90s score by Zimmer.I don't find the similarities between Playful Secrets and Home Alone, mostly the track (and the most part of the score) reminds more to Danny Elfman than John Williams, even Goldsmith, which his synthesizers sounds, are pretty unique, much more than Jablonsky in this score, but i give that sounds like a 80s synthesizer. Please Inception be next!!<br>There are tons of music in the film that didn't make it to the soundtrack.
That's great. I personally like Dark Phoenix more than dunkirk, I feel pretty good visiting Xperiments.<br><br>The funny thing (and I can identify with your anecdote), is that every time I do homework with my son, I put music on him (not just Hans), but he also gets to recognize just by listening to a fragment or the main theme, a example is le petit prince, the lion king and the hobbit., among others recognizes them. He's only 4 years old and I'm funny because he asks me for music to do his battles.<br>quite an experience hahaI have a feeling Hans doesn’t even know about this release lol. It’s so lazily done. I hope the packaging makes up for it tho. <br><br>I’m crossing my fingers for Dunkirk but I don’t think it’ll ever happen. ThatAwesome news. But next time Hans should just include the entire score along with those tracks. I also think that he should release an extended version of Dunkirk because there is so much material in the movie that hasn't been released.I'm gonna have to agree with MrZimmerFan that it sounds more like Danny Elfman style, especially because of the choir.More than anything else "Playful Secrets" sounds like it's straight out of Home Alone. Definitely Williams more than Elfman for me.<br><br>This score is one of my favorites from Jablonsky. The retro synths are almost Goldsmith-like in places which is awesome to hear. And it's one of the very few post-Steamboy scores of his that brings back some of that Steamboy adventurous spirit. Would be great to hear him do this sort of thing again one day.
Oh... And No Time For Caution was already included on the Illuminated Star Edition (hidden track on CD2)... Sad...well that's disappointing -.-Just checked the Amazon page and the track listing is essentially the same as the Illuminated Star Edition (with No Time For Caution and Day One Dark added on)film version of No Time for Caution would be amazing<br><br>Day One Dark in higher quality than 256kbps MP3 would be cool tooJesus!<br><br>If this is a new precedent for companies to release past (and future) works expanded than sign me up. I love the option of having both a normal OST release and a complete. Saves having to wait for sessions lol
Oh my god yes "Quantifiable Connection" and "Day One Dark" at last properly released, maybe ?EXPANDED EDITION OUT ON NOVEMBER 13th, 2020!<br><br>"including additional music that was not available on the standard CD and digital releases of the original soundtrack"<br><br>https://filmmusicreporter. com/2020/09/23/watertower-music-to-release-interstellar-expa nded-edition-soundtrack-album/As it was written for the movieThis mean the recording sessions?First Jedi Fallen Order, now Solo? I love this news! And I get the distinct feeling both releases are being used to determine interest in further Star Wars expanded score releases further down the line! Only real bummer is no CD to go on the shelf, but I'll take this any way it comes!

Hello

My name is Mark Batch and I have recently graduated with a Ba Hons degree from The University of Central Lancashire (Preston). I am 21 years old and originally from Gillingham Dorset. I am a multi-instrumentalist being skilled on the keyboard, piano, guitar, bass and drums. I play in 2 gigging bands. One based in Preston (soon to end) and one based in Salisbury. The Salisbury based band playing functions, weddings etc. I am also a keen composer and writer recording many songs at home in a small studio set up. I have done this for many years and am well experienced. I also make small miniature films for friends and for personal enjoyment.

I am writing to you as I have recently graduated this summer and am looking for work or work experience to give me an insight in to this field. To give me experience and knowledge in the music, media world.

My aim (dream) in life is to work within some form or radio or television. Editing, composing music are large passions of mine. My ultimate dream job is to write the music for television shows and to write Radio Jingles for radio companies such as yourself.

As i'm sure you are aware, this industry is incredibly hard to get in to and I am simply looking for a way to start to make this profession real.

While at University my plan/aim afterwards was to go in to teaching. However, while at university I discovered a new passion for radio, and the realisation that this dream job may not be as far away as I first thought. I am therefore exceptionally passionate and willing to give my all to this career. I feel that I am well equipped with basic knowledge. I am also friendly, punctual and reliable.

Speaking off the record, I would just really appreciate this chance that if nothing else I could just come up for the day and see how your company works and operates.

Thank you for reading this and giving me the opportunity.

Yours thankfully

Mark Batch

I think some of Hanz Zimmer's music is being used illegaly. Follow this link to a trailer and listen to the closing credits, this is the music from Hanz's Gladiator soundtrack:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LdK5jvX7cg

If they have paid a license fee to use this then fine if not then now you know.

Wozu sich also beschweren?
Ach ja - in english please?

I Love this site, but was dissappointed that "Green Card" wasn't mentioned. I LOVE the music that Hans Zimmer wrote for the movie "Green Card". I purchased the CD with the soundtrack for "Green Card" which I listen to frequently.

Thanks

I'm curious if anybody else has noticed the eerily-identicalness of King Arthur's "Do You Think I'm Saxon?" (towards the later part) when compared to Dead Man's Chest "Hello Beastie." There are a couple of measures in there where it is the EXACT same setup, crescendos, and even tune and choir. I was very curious as to figure out what made Hans Zimmer use the same elements/tunes from King Arthur and use them on Dead Man's Chest. I wonder if he wasn't happy the first time, or realized it's potential after King Arthur was produced.

Mr. Zimmer- I'm a big fan of your work. I particularly enjoyed Backdraft. I was wondering if someone could e-mail me back and let me know the name of the song from the retirement reception in the movie. I bought the soundtrack and it is not on there. Thank you very much for your help in this matter.
