Is Hans no longer married to Suzanne Zimmer? I saw articles from Hollywood in Vienna that he’s now married to Dina De Luca.Really fun score. Definitely on par with Elfman's effort.Chronological order is near impossible for music in an open world game.Hello everyone, Does anyone know how I can find "Homecoming" song in the movie but the film version not the soundtrack version? The homecoming song as it was played in the film itself.was anyone ever able to put the OST and the unreleased tracks together in chronological order?
Year, but seriously, these genres are where Harry Gregson-Williams always succeeded (Animation and Fantasy). I have high hopes that he will do a decent job and find back to his roots from the 2000s.i love this score so much. this comment is for Hans and team again for making such an amazing score. if they ever read what we write here lol : )

so, i am not a movie goer and many people claim and say that scores are to serve movies, and so and forth. well, i finally watched Dunkirk and it is an excellent movie. the movie did not do justice to the score imo.

here's an example. "Variation 15" on Nimrod is the "soothing" track for me in the whole score. much more soothing than "Home". i can play it in a loop. it surprised me that the cut gave it only a mere few seconds in the movie. now, i only watched Dunkirk once but i am pretty sure it played once, and for a few seconds, while "Bane" was in the plane.

another fact is that i always felt like being in a war plane when listening to "Supermarine". not an helicopter but more like a fast moving plane. that was before watching the movie and i never read about the movie. i knew it was about war and the only war machine i could think of was that. the fact that i was able to match the music with my own images says how great Hans and team were on that.

the constant tension felt in the "Mole", "Supermarine", etc. is more intense in the movie though. i liked that.

also, i watched the movie credits to the very end. i wanted to see if they would match it with the track. they did, and it ends exactly with the starting point as i expected. for me it was a cue that "the war didn't end there". sad, yes, but the effect was on point.

so okay, i am minority here in saying that a score album put together is its own thing. doesn't need a movie to exist. great movie. great score. both in their own rights!Don't want to be a downer but, really, let's all hope things won't blow to s*** like they did with Alien: Covenant or some other annoyance.Harry gregson williams will compose mulan ??!!!!! Come on this is blowing my mind. I truly hope for hans zimmer or other great composer like desplat or silvestri. I wanted hans to score a master piece like last samurai. But no offense to harry. He is good and more than good but disney live action like mulan really wanted something special that i think the right guy is hans !Hans will cowrite the score together with Faltermeyer... :) ;)
It's meHello?Great news! Can't wait to see the concert online or Blu-Ray.Cool that you met Hans! As for Hans doing Top Gun 2, well there's some pleasantly surprising news!Yes!
Hollywood in Vienna: Hans Zimmer was amazing! One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to! I ended up meeting the man himself after the concert! Amazing programme!

Btw Tom cruise said (in a recorded message that was shown at the concert) that he’d be working on Top Gun 2 with Hans! Pretty cool news!Really a fun and nice score from Dom.Any confirmation about Zimmer and Balfe working on the score? Or they just did the trailer music?good musicIn Itunes.

https:// itunes.apple.com/nz/album /goosebumps-2-haunted-halloween-original-motion-picture/1439 328170

Hans,

I personally love the At World's End song "Hoist the Colours" the only problem I have with it is that the FULL song is not on the CD, and it can't be found anywhere else. I hate the chain rattling at the end, it takes away from the song. But if I had my way I'd have the FULL song from the movie, where verses 2 and 3 are included, not just verse one.

If you make a special CD that has the full song (or have but haven't released it...) please post the news so I can go buy it!

Other than that, I love your music. Hymn to Red October, You're So Cool, everything basically.

Keep making amazing and powerful music,
-Jeff

Hans,

Your music is by far one of the greatest and most inspirational that I have ever experienced.

I don't know if you can fully comprehend what you have contributed and how much you inspire the planet through your music. I always found myself buying the soundtrack to a few of my favourite movies, it wasn't until 4 months ago that i realised they were written by the same brilliant man - you.

You are truly gifted, and I look forward to experiening more of your inspirational work in the future.

Keep up the amazing work. You will truly go down as one of the greats.

An inspired fan,
Ash

Hans Zimmer, just quite simply blown away by the music.
Beautiful, Beautiful Stuff. I would suggest to otheres to listen to Run Free from 'Spirit', a little know film, but with some beautiful music.
I would like to ask permission to arrange, the opening phrase from that particular piece, for brass band. If anyone has a contact for Hans, or knows who i should get into contact with, please let me know (edwardik2@hotmail.co.uk).
You faithful Fan,
E.M

Please use much more French Horn in your compositions. Your music rises to higher levels of emotion upon each useage of this sound, carrying the listener deeper into a heroic feeling and beyond, stretching the emotional limits even further, and isn't this what great score writing is supposed to do?

On a podcast, Hans Zimmer said that he'd love to, 'Take a break from score-writing in 2008, and do some touring... work with the local orchestras...'
Has anyone else heard about this? If so, any ideas on the whereabouts of his tour destinations? =D

Whats up. I never new he did so many soundtracks. Ive fallen in love with his music. They are totally awesome. He should go on tour, with his orcestra/band performing all of his songs that he does, i think it would be a good hit around the world. He has done so many good soundtracks, , my favorite is Pirates of the cariibean, Black hawk down, gladiator, well all of them he did a surperb job. So Hans if you see this go on tour for me. PLEASE!

Saphien reply Replies: 0 || 2007-05-29 00:00:00
For a number of years I have been performing ski ballet to Hans Zimmer and Trevor Rabin's music, as well as Klaus BAdelt and others you know.

I am now putting on the web a pre-release of a book entitled
Saphien's Guide to Becoming a Prophet.

I would like to ask permission to use with reference Hans' music, and that of others, if you have access.

Thank you ever so much. Hans is a genius.
