So this is basically a Mazzaro scoreIt's great but sadly it's only used in the end credits :-(<br>I suspect it might have been an alternate version of the opening scene.<br><br>Anyway the rest of the score is absolutely stunning, a good balance between heavy action and themes (and incredible choir). A new high in JXL's career, let's hope the OST release does it justice.get this a cd-release too<br>Don't forget the pointless changes like the opening title music for AUE being replaced with an E Major version of The Shire and Gandalf's Farewells for some reason. Or temp tracking earlier pieces of the film in for later scenes.Tom just released "London Suite in C Major" on his YouTube channel, and I am really loving it. He's usually hit-or-miss for me, but this cue in particular really intrigues me. Sounds like he merged the orchestral sections of Fury Road with the flighty ballads of Hollywood Golden Age music.
CD Release? Will there be a Blu-ray release for this as well. I had heard that the Hollywood in Vienna award show that is essentially the same set would get a Blu-ray release.Especially in the first one, there's a ton of LOTR themes needledropped even though Shore wrote original material for those exact scenes that you can hear on the album, and also there are themes used in scenes where they don't belong at all. Oh and the main theme of the first one and a couple of the secondary ones completely disappear from the second and third moviesLot of Mazzaro credits hereJackson use more LOTR music than the original music created for the movie.<br><br>Altough, Watertower releases respect the material written by Shore (as he wanted)
Skipped the Hobbit films. How so was the music mistreated in those?Peej only produced this film, didn't direct it, and also I sorta think he and Howard Shore don't have the warmest of relationships considering the King Kong firing and then the way the music was mistreated in the Hobbit films. Why wouldn't Peter Jackson have Howard Shore score? Both of these redesigns are great!@Everan your cover is really nice, I like it!!
Made this one myself, if anyone's interested.<br>https: //www.flickr.com/photos/everan-shepard/ 44212313235No, just a rip from the film...DOA Dead Or Alive complete score is here on YouTube today!Harry and Harry on the same stage with Lorne was so cool.Wish they would perform more together. It made gaming cool I thoughtFor reals. I felt so bad for Rupert that this was all that was offered to represent his score. looks like someone hustled a quick redesign though https://twitter.com/MikhahThomas/status/1071501461215956992

Dear Mr. Zimmer,

I just want to say 'thank you' for the incredible soundtrack to "Interstellar", especially "Dust", which lets me feel the deep space and make me thoughtful about everything. It is also a very good music for programming. I know you hear this very often and from everyone. But there is no reason why I shouldn't tell you also that you are awesome! Thanks for so many years of great music!

Dear Mr. Zimmer, My little sister is watching a TV series Called "The Hamama" which is using your pieces (Dark knight, Intersteller..), No credit is given to your name which makes me believe it is stolen.

It is hosted in Israel, The creator of the series Is Giora Hamizer, And the so called "music composer" is Tal Yardeni.

Sorry for the bad English, just wanted to let you know about the situation. It is a very popular Teen's show here.

Thanks for reading

I'd love to see Mr. Zimmer's Dark Knight concert put on bluray disc. :) I'd buy a copy for sure. Mastered professionally in DTS HD 7.1 audio.

Dear Mr. Zimmer. I recently discovered that a few songs on the magnificent Interstellar: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack Album on Spotify has been removed or dissapeared for some reason. The tracks included are "First Step", "No Time For Caution", "Flying Drone" and a few others. What is going on and will they be put back in the album soon? I'm a huge fan of you Hans so it's really killing me to not be able to enjoy your amazing music! I would be very thankful for your answer. Please contact me on my email marcus.norgren@telia.com or just respond here.
Best regards, Marcus.

Hello, dear Hans Zimmer!
My name is Vyacheslav! I am the CEO of small and young theater company «Art-Lab». Our projects are focused on socially vulnerable segments of Russian population - children, seniors and war veterans.
Our company starts a new ballet statement for children, in which they can get knowledge of good and evil, lies and honesty, about how beauty and love will save our lives. For a full and strong sense reflection on the ballet stage, we want to use your music:
1. Cornfield Chase (OST Interstellar),
2. 160 BPM (OST Angels and Demons),
3. "Daniel's 9th Cipher" (OST - The Da Vinci Code)
We hope you will help us.

Mr. Zimmer,

I am writing this to you because a friend of ours who lives with my wife and I is a huge fan of yours. Because of you he is trying to get into the Carnegie School of Music in Pittsburgh, Pa. If there is any way you can send him not only some advice but words of encouragement. It would be much appreciated. He has a couple of disabilities he works with to include Turrets and aspergers syndrome. But he is determined to not only graduate school but to be able to create works as well as you do. He has written some works and he has had very little formal training but your words would help to inspire him.

Thank You
George

To Whom It May Concern,

I have directed a short film I want to put on youtube, but it would make the world of difference and make my video amazing if I could possibly speak to somebody about obtaining the rights to the song Waiting For A Train from the Inception soundtrack.

Please excuse me if this is not the correct place to ask as I am not sure the exact procedure. It would be much appreciated that if this is not the correct address to ask this, could you point me in the right direction. I can be contacted at thedav3@gmail.com. Thanks in advance.

Regards

David

Hi, I think that the music is awesome ! I make my personal diving movies ( not for sale and just for me and my friends ) and I think that the music of Zimmer fit 100% the scenes but I don't want to break the copyrights...so how can I do it ?

Thanks

You are exactly the kind of hero I like - an unsung hero !

Your music is brilliant. Gladiator, Last Samurai, and my all time favourite Black Rain. The closing theme is just unforgettable, where did you get the inspiration ?

Though I would much prefer to ask the composer himself, that option seems to be unavailable, so I shall ask the community of fans instead. In the song "Deliver Us" from The Prince of Egypt, around 5 minutes in, is a solo. The instrument that plays that solo sounds like a flute crossed with a recorder, and I would like to know what that instrument is. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

Hello Mr. Zimmer, I am a very big fan of you .
I am just curious to know if you are aware of music maestro Mr. Ilayaraja , the master composer from India. Have you heard his compositions (both songs and BGMs) ? .
I am really curious to know if you have heard about him and that's because I consider him as my GOD of music.
I'll be really shocked if the answer is NO. Thanks .

Hello Mr.Zimmer, I really love your music.
I know you hear it all the time,it is so difficult to describe in words. Power, tears and all the time goose bumps. How music can wake up so many feelings is your magic. Thanks first for this.
I'd like to hear you live in concert. I see there is a concert in Poland, are you personally there? I'll be the happiest man on earth to see you playing TIME on the piano.
I'm from Germany, are there plans to give concerts in Germany with you?

I see a loooooooooooot of people requesting music... Well, you guys have to ask music publishers !

In the case of Hans, go to ASCAP, request THEM !

Hi Mr Zimmer and team,
I'm a big fan of your music, you bring an extra dimension to each film you work with. One of the best works I' ve seen (or listened to, actually) is "Inception", the 2010 Chris Nolan's motion picture. An outstanding job you did here, really. Along with the film there was an iphone app released. Something awesome. I use it a lot. Whenever I travel, or try to sleep, or having a "siesta", or when I need to be focused at work, or when I ride my bike, or walking home.... However, since I upgraded to iphone 6, the app doesn't work as it should. I was shocked there is no way to contact support to report the problem, other than the app store where no problem is ever solved. I was wondering if you could assist on this. Maybe you can get me in touch with the developers team to report the bug, or escalate the issue. It would be great and I'll be more than grateful.
Thanks in any case.
Cheers
Javier

Dear Mr. Zimmer,
There is a bollywood movie that is about to be released named 'Bajirao Mastani'and they have copied your music from the movie,Man of Steel(Arcade soundtrack). I am a big Man of Steel fan and and this is just ridiculous as firstly they copied your music and have the audacity to modify and use it in the mainstream. Here is the link to the trailer
