Sounds excellent . Balfe has really found a unique voice now . I have listened to the YouTube link for the album constantlySo... long story short, it actually looks like Tom will NOT be doing Godzilla after all, according to director Michael Dougherty. Check the director's Twitter account. Even though I enjoy Tom's music, I'm much more excited about the prospect of a Douglas Pipes Godzilla score (or the return of Desplat, tbh).I asked this before to lorne on Facebook . He said the roles can mean different things . Some composers assistants help with running the office . Some deal with making sure the music works to the latest cut of film . Some arrange
And orchestrate also . Means varied tasks .Please!!! Come to Mexico!!! I agree with Leonardo!!!Please could you also come to MEXICO!!! You have a lot of fans in Center and South America!! :)
Yeah, just got announced on Film Music Reporter, although the rumor was flying around long before that. Really disappointing for me, since the director Michael Dougherty usually works with Douglas Pipes who is a great, underappreciated composer. It really is too bad HGW isn't scoring Alien. He is one of the best film composers and he scores so few movies these days. A real shame!Great score.....I have a question and I would love if somebody can answer it - What such an assistant of composer is doing? Is he just making coffee or actually making music? I am really curious, I know that Lorne was assistant too!@Hybrid: Is true Tom go to compose Godzilla: King of the Monsters?
nice thanksIt's OK, he got to use it for the Kraken in Dead Man's Chest! ;)Less = more, Hans doesn't need improvised jazz notes added in driving miss daisy and so on.. they we're never there in the first place, this player feels most of the time as a fall by the wayside......

Pirates. Has gone Well in las Vegas, Ok it Will go better and better in time...

i do like the Dudok, Thats not what i Saïd ... the point is always trying to find More notes in the theme/ part he must play, You can't. Push iT to much...... Thats not Hans zimmer's philosophy, A. Fifth wheel on. A car. We shall see it's not easy to do a new tour........ "creator of the universe. God". There's No such thing. As god, Or. Actually Hè is standing on the podium. Called. Hans!*****Warning Spoiler alert*****

https://youtu.be/REFqUvJ6HYYVery true.
The film definitely comes first, and Hans' score in context is incredible. It's just a little funny that they kept the 'flavor' of the theme with the Spanish guitars but never state it.
I recently listened to Duduk of the North and I thought it was an excellent piece of music.
But, you know... a good idea doesn't always make the "perfect" idea. You can't keep everything.
I love how Gladiator turned out: The score in the film has a flavour and a consistency that is pretty unique, a wonderful achievement as it is!You know, I'll never understand why "The Spaniard" theme from 'Duduk of the North' was never utilized throughout this score. I'm guessing it was Ridley's decision but considering how beautiful the piece is, it really is a shame.

Same thing with the expanded Zod material in MoSNo in my opinion it's not the true pedro eustache just a person behind his screen :) but I like the style of pedro and I hate to hear it live in Paris because I like what it does :)Well, you always get a second chance of course. Good luck!Rainman fades over in Thelma and Louise...

This is a nice little score that nobody seems to have talked about much. Alternates between some very stylized pseudo-classical stuff and more typical dramatic TV scoring. Good work by Buckley.

Also, the song at the end, "I Wanna Kiss Peter Florrick", is hilarious. :P
