I extracted the suites without any audio loss. I got the Mazzaro Suites ya'll!I extracted the two suites without any audio loss. I got the Mazzaro Suites ya'll!To whom it may concern...

Is it possible to download or in any other way purchase the Hannibal (Expanded) score somewhere? I have the original motion picture soundtrack, but would LOVE to have them both..

Best regards

Nicholas10 and 16 are missing from the store pack.Most probably
I am not a hybrid, i will try to give my opinion. I think, music in 5 season will come out when and 6 season. But I really want to be wrong!!! :)It's very sad...(((The 'Allentown Brothers' track is pretty damn awesome (find it on YouTube). It's like a mix between gothic Elfman, Desperate Housewives and Transformers. I love it.

It's one of those scores that people don't talk about much but it's actually pretty cool.

An awesome venue would be the Opera House in Odessa.Want this so bad!!!
Does anyone have a breakdown of this with the official score album?
Hats off to Batu Sener for working on many of the score's best cues though!It all comes to personal preference I think. Personally I’ve moved on from collecting cd’s (or anything really) and would rather have everything digital simply to utilize space.

That being said, I completely understand the appeals of having physical media, it would be sad to see that go away for the people who really love it.It's not only to appreciate the work, its to have something "real" in your hands, for your music collection. I don't like only to have a digital music archive. Of course, i rip all the cds i own to WAV and MP3. But i want to have them in my physical music collection.These day, sure. But we usually get news of the next one by the time he's finished wrapping up the current one.
Powell only does 1 score a year.Still no news on his next score? Is he taking a break or something? Working on more concert stuff?Was pleasantly surprised by this one when I first heard it. Outside of the ‘modern scoring’ portions you get some fun noir music for the squad, solid action writing, and even some good emotional cues.

Also gotta love the rhythmic idea from Antz popping up here...Also, the use of the guitars by Jablonsky, are still the best since the 90sI give a spin (almost 4 years after my last listening), it grown on me (still don't consider of the best of Jab), but much better than Skyscraper (ok score) and Battleship (guilty pleasure, but not a good score by any means), i like the style of Jablonsky in this one, his rhythms (but i still don't care about the 'motif' for Cohen or certain sound design tracks like 'You Can't Shoot Me' or 'You Know the Drill')

But still has such cool action moments (Hot Potato With a Grenade) and emotional/romantic moments, and still enjoyed that from this.

Wow...really what I wasn't expecting...I'll pass.

Russel2015-07-22 08:11:58
I love them, thanks!

KT Koskela2015-07-22 11:52:17
While I wish Jackman and Columbus'd gone the Gremlins route and made this an 80s-style orchestra/synth hybrid funfest, I'm happy with what I'm hearing.

KT Koskela reply Replies: 9 || 2015-07-16 02:22:12
(sighs) When do you think we'll be getting some samples of this score?

Russel2015-07-17 04:57:49
We got some today, courtesy of Varese Sarabane's YouTube channel!

KT Koskela2015-07-17 15:29:31
Y'sure? Could you try to put up someway to the link?

KT Koskela2015-07-17 15:58:03
Never mind, I found the link. Thanks!

Russel2015-07-17 17:42:51
Links not allowed on here, I think. Glad you found it!

Hybrid Soldier2015-07-17 18:45:58
Illegal links are...

For the rest it's fine if it's relevant... :)

meta2015-07-17 22:48:45
wasnt what i was hoping to hear...sounds more swashbuckly than video gamey....

Anonymous2015-07-17 23:04:02
Excuse me but where is the link?

Boldizar 2015-07-18 06:38:20
My thoughts exactly. For a movie about video games this score sample sure sounds like a generic 90s adventure film.

meta2015-07-19 04:58:01
and the track lengths are even shorter...oy vey

KT Koskela reply Replies: 0 || 2015-07-18 02:12:30
It's a private link for now, but on type in YouTube's address and add watch?v=CmS3YAzyWj4 after the slash.

Every time I see a trailer for this movie I get annoyed, because the premise is so stupidly awesome and parts of it look really cool...but I just can't STAND Adam Sandler or pretty much anything he's associated with. Peter Dinklage must owe someone money or somethign.

Henry Jackman's a good choice for this, though, looking forward to hearing more Wreck-it Ralph 8-bit-orchestral-action fusion stuff.

Hybrid Soldier2015-06-28 21:44:16
Totally agree Ed, 100%...

I will see this film... But I just CAN'T with Adam Sandler... I just hope he's buried under the rest in this film... lol

Kusi2015-06-28 22:18:28
I agree with you about Sandler :-S but I'll have to watch this film too. One argument: The score and the other is the topic. I've grown up with this games and I'm still loving Nintendo games :)

Brent2015-06-29 07:10:45
I feel like Jackman's career has led up to this. Wreck-It Ralph + Captain America + This is the End = Pixels. Lol.

KT Koskela reply Replies: 3 || 2015-06-28 00:57:48
Yay, details!

Now to wait a long while for a preview track to listen to before the score comes out.

Anonymous2015-06-28 06:09:09
This film had some decent poster artworks. Why the heck did it come down to this artwork for the album?

Hybrid Soldier2015-06-28 10:01:05
Because a cover with people on it means a lot of paperwork... I guess they wanted to avoid that... lol

KT Koskela2015-06-28 17:12:17
And besides, it's the music contained inside the soundtrack that matters, not the cover for the soundtrack.

KT Koskela reply Replies: 0 || 2015-06-17 13:47:08
Awesome. I've been waiting to see if this would be getting a score album.

And from what I've heard of the score, it certainly sounds like a good one to listen to.
