I'm quite sad. The whole Europe, but no shows in Italy due to the restricted italian music mind. In Italy you have two choices only, pure snooty classical music or cheap pop music. We do not deserve your beautiful art. Ciao.
Why don't you come to Egypt, the country of the pharaohs? Why don't you come and play under the pyramids?
Please, it will be great to do so, It is not my job but if you decided to do so, i am sure that i can provide you with great assistance in the management with a super agency that will manage it in a great way,
just think and believe me, you will like the move, Waiting for your reply
Got my tickets for Oberhausen! Finally, after missing out in London Im finally there!
Ordered my tickets for Oberhausen too :)) so excited!
Got tickets for Oberhaussen to! London was awesome, really looking forward going again! And I ond't need a plane ticket this time.
How do I get Hans to play The Last Samurai 'Way of Life' in his London Concert? ( Or a least the first Forest mounted charge of the Samurai against the unprepared army!) This music is so special to my 16 yr son & I. It has bonded us so much. I am taking him on Apr 6 as a surprise!! Didnt know how else to get in touch with anyone! Any ideas pl? Thanks
Hybrid, it seems that they taped the concert, do you have any info on a release date for the concert, maybe audio cd or web release as well. Maybe be has Hans????
*I meant maybe you could ask Mr Zimmer if you get the chance.
I m pretty sure they are not going to release it BEFORE the tour, most probably they will record one of the performances and then release a bluray afterwards. Otherwise it would be like spoiling the whole show.
I want to see him in Berlin but the sites that are coming up seem to be very expensive and not legitimate.
Go through the official site mentioned here: hanszimmerlive.com
At all those who commanded their tickets on the french site GDP (Gerard Drouot Production): Did you get a confirmation of payment ?!
Yes I got it Darian, as well as the email confirming it...
Thank you for your answer Hybrid. But did you get the confirmation immediately after your purchase ? I'm desperate...
Yes pretty much, few minutes max... :/
The prices in Paris are damned expensive. The cheapest tickets are now gone. There are only tickets at 150€. This is totally inadmissible and totally absurd. But the organizer is Gérard Drouot Productions which seems only interested in taking big names and selling tickets at high prices only for money. Look at the prices of tickets for the Ennio Morricone Paris concerts and you'll have another proof. If I go to one of these concerts, I doubt it'll be in Paris.
Paris is almost sold out right now.
Well Paris is definitely more expensive than many other cities. Added to that, there are so many people on the stage (Hans plus the band plus the orchestra plus the choir), it makes sense that such a concert costs more than a typical rock band performance...
I've got my tickets to Paris ! We were in London last year, it was so amazing, I'm really happy to see you again, in Paris ! And I'm really happy 'cause one of my friend saw on my facebook that you will come in Paris in 2016, so he will come too ! It was hard to get tickets but I'm so happy !!!
Hello GREAT Mr. Zimmer, I am greeting you from island nation of TONGA in Pacific Ocean. I know our country very small (about 100000 people) and dificult to reach but maybe one day you will bring concert here too? We have at least three Zimmer fans, maybe even four!
Will this tour be pretty much the same set as the hans revealed show, Also can anyone say how long the revealed show was (hour, hour and half)
I guess the program will be mostly the same, maybe a few changes / additions.
Last year it basically was 50 min / 30 min break / 50 min !
So count a 2 hours night more or less !
I have a feeling there will be less speeches between the musical pieces, as it was really personal, in line with the "revealed" title of the show. It worked well for 2 concerts but I cannot really imagine Hans repeating this stuff over and over and over again in each city. Also I could imagine they remove "Aurora" and put some Interstellar instead. Otherwise the latest score featured would be TASM2, from nearly 2 years ago...
Thanks for the feedback, really looking forward to this.
I know it is VERY early, but let speculations begin! - Interstellar? - Batman v Superman?
I think the latter is possible because the tour starts coincidentally just 2 weeks after the movie's release. But at the same time Hans only did Superman's theme, which was already included in the HZ Revealed concert. Batman's theme is by Junkie, so maybe they'll choose not to feature it.
And Interstellar... I really hope we get to hear Day One and No Time For Caution, but would they play it without a real organ?
I hope Rush is in it, dont think Rush was played at HZR.
Got my tickets booked for Berlin, 2nd row, center :D Was in London last year and it was awesome. Really looking forward to it...
I especially hope Hans will play with a real symphony orchestra and not just a guitar.
And please, not Inception overdose! ;)
If it will be similar to the London concert last November (which I would expect), then yes, there will be a broad selection of orchestra players, drummers, other band members, a choir and - of course - synthesizers. And maybe some special guests. With all those artists Hans managed to created a massive sound last year so I'm pretty sure this will be equally good, if not better.
