So Zimmer being listed as the main theme composer at the top of the page is inaccurate too? It definitely sounds more like Lorne than Hans.h ttps://www.youtube.com/watch? v=sekmQqx OhWM

From the developers.

Producer: Hans Zimmer
Composer: Lorne Baffle
Symphony Orchestra: Chamber Orchestra of London
Recording Studio: Abbey Road Studio

Fun theme by Lorne.But maybe at that time he didn’t have that version yet (in his mind i mean)
But... the intensity was crazy!Everything is great, except one thing - he did not add that intense music that played on the train when there was a battle. Well maybe I missed something while listening the album.Zimmer = Lorne is your answer.
WAA WAA WAAAAAAAAWhat's with the credits here? Howard Shore? No Lorne Balfe?I genuinely was surprised that they went with Richter in the first place.

Literally just came out of the movie and I can’t believe such a dull and generic score could come from the names attached. What happened? Other than that beautiful almost sweeping string theme (that went nowhere) - there’s nothing.
I kept waiting for the music to peak and reach a hundred but it never did.

It’s no Interstellar, no First Man, no Gravity, not even The Martian.Link to said theme?The synth man creating a mostly synthesizer score? what a shock
...because that's what Hans doesMain theme is on Youtube. I quite like it. I prefer Hans doing themes like this rather than the stuff he is doing with FIFA.I'm surprised no one is talking about this one, its one of Rupert's best scores imo.Lately I have been listening to the album carefully, and the truth is that I did not quite understand why Hans did not just use a big orchestra instead of the synthesizer.It would have really been interesting to see Ritcher scoring a chase on the photo, although without a doubt his work would not have been anything generic.
Richter is a conceptual artist, I love his Leftovers score, but come one, scoring to picture ?

He writes pieces that are used in scenes, not the other way around...

Richter scoring a moon buggy chase ? Hell no... lol you could see from day one it was gonna be replaced...^ Yeah the edit floating around matches Felix’s almost to a T. Only major difference is

“Our Final Stand - Showdown - United Greece - Finale”

Which is broken up into four separate cues. Realistically you could edit it anyway you want if you prefer the smaller cues. Personally, I like the long suite-like format of this release. Kinda like the album release for “Event Horizon” lol.I hope they at least release Richter's score.My Edit:

01. Hans Zimmer you're the right guy for every type of score. From The Lion King to THe Prince of Egypt and for epic scores just like Gladiator &-- King Arthur :D You are the best out there. No competition because you are so original and have created your own style. I really love the mixes you make between orchestra and synths. You are so talented. Now its time to go for the big oscars. I was disappointed when The Thin Red Line didn't make it to the top, but I'm sure that in the nearby future you give us yet again a wonderfull score to enjoy. For me the best scores you've ever produced are The Lion King, Prince of Egypt, Spirit, The Rock, Gladiator, Crimson Tide &-- King Arthur. So Huge with great orchestral writing thanks to MR. ZIMMER. Keep it up for all the work you've produced till now and hope that the new Year 2006 will be the year to remember --))) Happy new year to every body.

Anyway, for those who have the soundtrack and are wondering how much to changed the pitch, i found after experimenting with the CD track and the one on this bootleg, that a 3/4 raise in pitch will do the job. I have a really picky ear for audio and I found that to be the best working pitch. For all those still trying to find this, ill tell you, emule has it and if you run out of options, i suggest getting it from there (even if it takes a while, ITS SO WORTH IT) Whoever leaked this out is totally the man. I made a complete soundtrack from the DVD myself about a year ago with SFX cancelled as much as possible but it doesnt compare to this. This version is 100x better then the one i made. Good luck to those still looking, even if you have to wait ITS SO WORTH IT!!

I am happy to say that a long time ago I fond the site where I could listen to these songs... For a brief while, only for a few hours, they were downloadable... I don't know why but it is. I just wanted to say great music, and to all of those who were/are desperatly searching for this may you be lucky in finding it, I would be happy to help in any way possible

Uncle Scar reply Replies: 0 || 2005-12-26 00:00:00
Is it possible to download it there? Do I need to install the winxp service pack 2? I can make out "--win xp sp2 (then some chinese)"--.

I tried on Mozilla or IE6, still nothing. :(

If you mouseover the links to the left of that site, you will be able to see link names in English at the bottom of your page, at least for Internet Explorer. Use them to move around the site.
And no, new windows do not pop up.

Ah, the yousendit delivery site. That's what I found first in my hunt too :) But it had also expired by that time.

Lucy reply Replies: 0 || 2005-12-24 00:00:00
Two Hints for your search, because it's Christmas:
1) The 'country' where "--The Lion King"-- is playing (written together)
2) Dr Cossacks Nationality (Gameseries: Mega Man)

I will not say anymore to this, because it's still illegal (and otherwise really stupid to see that the OST was never released).

Anonymous reply Replies: 0 || 2005-12-24 00:00:00
Lucy,

I'm a big fan of the Mega Man series, but never have I heard a guy named Dr Cossacks there.

Just a question: did you download your copy some place except yousendit? I'm not asking where (not allowed).

Is it really country, or a place in that country?

Y/N?
