So, there's music in the Road to 2049 site, and it's pretty cool, but no idea if it's actual score. The lenght seems more like promo track for trailers.<br><br>Would be great to know where it's from, score or otherwise, because it's a great track and hope the score sounds like this!<br><br>Here's the site <br>roadto2049. bladerunnermovie. comI thoroughly enjoyed King Arthur. Good acting, Good Story, Incredible Score, perhaps underrated.iTunes SriLanka is the first itunes store to get the new releases online on friday. But by now you can also go to iTunes New Zeland or something and checkout the album and itís samples.@Armageddon<br><br>1. i love the movie. 2. rockhound is the most annoying character in the whole movie, but at least he has a cool name. ;) 3. bruce willis is smiling in almost all his emotional scenes and not just in this movie. but you know, in germany the movies are dubbed, so his "german" voice and the music helped alot to make these scenes nontheless convincing. to be honest, the goodbye scene was even more sad than the dying scene of leonardo dicaprio in Titanic. so you see, what impact the music had.<br><br>@Edmund<br><br>i didnt say the movie is bad, just bruce willis in a couple of scenes. so....the music had alot more to do than in Pirates III. the impact of the music in Armageddon must be way stronger to make these scenes work than in Pirates III. in Pirates III these scenes would have been also convincing without the music, because the acting was strong enough. but nontheless the music in Pirates III adds alot to the scenes and makes them stronger. just my opinion.Where did you get this information and samples?
Where can I listen to those samples? I would love to hear some bits of the score before watching the movie.The score has 25 tracks and is about 1 hour and 16 minutes long. Samples sound awesome. Great action score with new theme's and variations of the old ones. Looking forward to hearing it in full.Total video game score, circa 98. This is one of those scores -<br> my first - that you just didn't get enough of no matter HOW many cds they released of it. Hell, it wasn't until 2000 when I finally got the complete score on 2 cds. Sadly, by that time I burned out on it...So rockhound...your argument is that the score is better because the movie is worse? That's a new one, gotta admit... :D<br><br>to Armageddon, do it! The complete score, if you can. It's incredible!To Edmund Meinerts,<br><br>I admit I never really got the chance to listen to the entire At World's End score. But now you sir got me interested and I will check it out.<br><br>Cheers.
To rockhound, <br><br>With all due respect, sir, that's a stupid statement. Very stupid. Guess you're mad that Rockhound wasn't the main character. How is Willis acting in those scenes bad? He's not overacting, he's not crying-screaming like a little girl. His character is actually very grounded. In the scene with Liv Tyler at the end, he is actually watching a picture of his real daughter. It makes it all the more real. He's very quiet and the performance is realistic. Nothing over-the-top. And people absolutely love that scene. Go to YouTube and read all the comments under the video. So, having said all of that, what exactly is your problem with it? You want him to go all crazy emotional like Nic Cage in Face/Off? Is that it?King Arthur is the perfect example. A terrible script but a great scoreAfter I saw the movie....very great movie & very great scores, better than the first scores!! And the theme for Poppy is also very good!!Well there's also the track where Izzy's transformers dies, a few action tracks not included that I'd be interested to hear, but you're right, the track I'm most interested in is We Have To Go's film version. The extra strings in the small excerpt where Megatron's arm gets cut off, and the ones added to the main theme really give the song a more heroic and intense tone.Yep. These tracks are amazing
Only tracks that come to mind that aren't in the OST are a variation of Seglass when introducing Edmund, and the film version of We Have To Go.<br><br>Hell, the OST has more music than the movie.Daniel Pemberton seems like a twat.I own the CD and I agree there are times in the score where it's so bombastic it distorts your speakers.<br><br>Still, I felt this was a great score from Zimmer. It was peak Russian sounding chorus time for Hans and the action cues were better than other scores of this time like The Rock.i think Armageddon is better in covering of all emotions than Pirates III, because there is one more thing the music has to do in Armageddon....covering bad acting. without the music, all emotional scenes with bruce willis would have been a joke. he acts really bad in these scenes, but the music works wonders.Lol. Anyone can write up a bunch of random slate numbers. Nice try.

I always thought that Hans was heavily (and secretly) involved here as a composer, but it's nice to see that it was indeed Steve who was running the show. He had help on some cues, but he was still involved in every track. It's not something you see every day when it comes to MV/RC scores. So props to him!

Chechof reply Replies: 1 || 2014-07-09 08:16:53
So where do i get this insanely good score? Didnt know it existed, i had the "normal" score which features less than half of this tracks.

Bayhem2017-07-17 13:42:51
Tell me about. I would pay top dollar for this complete score. Over 70 tracks! Amazing.

Where did I get this Complete Score? Or Where can I buy it?

Evenstar2013-09-15 12:55:15
you won't get this information from here

Kampfkeks462013-09-15 18:32:38
But this Soundtrack is sooooo AWESOME! I Love it so.

Areozz2013-09-16 00:38:01
The fact that you love this soundtrack so much doesn't affect what kind of information is allowed to be discussed on here.

MacArthur2013-09-16 00:42:42
What are the scores Pirated or something, I mean if the guy is willing to pay money to the people who made the score, wouldn't it be fair to let him get it.

Kampfkeks462013-09-16 09:43:10
Yes. I don't care if I have to pay money for this Score. The fact is, that I Love this Score very much!

MacArthur2013-09-16 18:24:47
Cool that will be $1200. lol

Kampfkeks462013-09-17 06:50:59
But then I have to pay it in "Euro" (Ä), because I am from Germany. I hope they will release this Complete Score soon, so I can buy it.

Alright then lots of luck to you and yours.

This version is not a real expanded.
I make a version with true parts unreleased from the DVD. The result is very good (with lot of work in cool edit lol) and I publish the tracklist soon. ;)

Rgravity reply Replies: 0 || 2008-01-01 00:00:00
The reason why they post these Expanded Scores is for archival reasons, research, and what the composer has made in his/hers career including that of expanded/promo/complete scores.

Patrick P reply Replies: 0 || 2007-12-28 00:00:00
Can someone give a chronological list of the tracks from the 2 versions (official and bootleg) as they are used in the movie?
I have this 2 versions, but I want to make a playlist in the same order as the movie.
By the way, it's a very nice score, I love the "quiet" pieces.

Anonymous reply Replies: 0 || 2007-10-14 00:00:00
why call it expanded score soundtrack, when all of the new tracks are just longer versions and repetitions of the tracks in the official score? There are still loads of music missing and no plans of release. it's so frustrating..

Rob W reply Replies: 0 || 2007-05-25 00:00:00
Its all very well advertising the fact that there are bootleg versions of scores but for someone like me who loves movie scores - ITS FRUSTRATING!!!! All it does to people like me is annoy me, its a tease to put info on expanded versions of scores on a website and then tell us its not available - whats the point!?! You may as well not bother to tell us if there is no chance of us being able to buy it for ourselves or download it. Giving us 30 seconds of a sample is just as annoying because its just enough time to get into the track and then it ends - AAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!!! If you're going to show off these great 2 disc versions of scores - LET US BUY THEM - PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE

Uluk reply Replies: 0 || 2006-08-17 00:00:00
Well, you can see It, you can rate it, but you cannot listen to it... quite frustrating !!

this score could be used over and over again, it's really cinematic,uplifting, and awe-aspiring , i wish steve jablonsky could base another movie on it

If you look at notice above place where you enter your comment or at disco page (http://www.hans-zimmer.com/fr/disco.php), you will get the answer.

Why is all this stuff you list unavailable for purchase - or do you "give it away" for free if we write and ask for it ??

On the first CD, only the "End Credits" and perhaps "Island" are unreleased. On the second one, almost all the score tracks seem to be unreleased.
I don't know for the car chase music

Levente reply Replies: 0 || 2006-05-07 00:00:00
So, can anyone confirm it, how many plus music is here? Is the car chase music on the album?
