you music is goooood(Modern warfare)
the best music
It’s amusing to me that this is a surprise to people.
It’s explained in the movie how the Piaf song is used…and why.
I ‘got it’ right away…but it’s even more gratifying to hear the composer speak to it in depth.
: )
As far as the ‘using Edith Piaf then purposefully casting Cotillard as The Shade’, I wish people would get off of that. It’s stupid and insulting to think that: 1) Nolan would do it…or need to and; 2) People would be that silly to believe it was done.
The woman is a wonderful actress. That’s why she was cast.
Period.
The ingenious composer! I remember in the childhood me music from a cartoon film "King-lion" though to me was all years five – I has amazed and no concept had about music. But there music has very much touched me till now I remember. But and then years through thirteen when there was "a Dark knight"…
By the way this is not a coincidence, it’s done on purpose…
The ASCAP credit for "Half Remembered Dream" includes HZ & the two Piaf songwriters Dumont & Vaucaire, just like "Waiting for a Train"… ;)
I love how people are finally waking up to his genius. Also, that he is such an amazing artist that he doesn’t care much for credit. He wants everyone to feel; understand, and enjoy the music. THE BEST!!!!!
