Hans Zimmer confirmed to Hans-Zimmer.com he will return to score the next installment of the Robert Langdon franchise, INFERNO, set for release in 2016. Zimmer teams up again with director Ron Howard & actor Tom Hanks after the two previous films of the franchise, The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons.
I think we can hear the theme in the trailer, it sounds very Hans.
I think there will be a lot of electronics, but also orchestra and choir. Hybrid Soldier wrote some months ago that there would be a lot of choirs. I guess it will be another crazy blend of styles! Btw Angels & Demons already contained a significant part of electronics & synths!
