You gotta realize one thing, this score is US recorded so every new 15 min of score you release, you gotta pay back reuse fees. So it's very complicated & costy and that's why they released "only" 15 min of extra score.

"Ask The Sea For Mercy" caught my attention. I really love the emotional strings in this cue.
I wonder what happened to the extended release.
Does someone the know the name of the background music at 34:35 ? when tidal wave hit the shore carrying warships ?
Makes you wonder why they didn't get Vangelis himself.
the main theme is quite similar to Jackman's Kingsman ( the first three note)

I assume it is the studio's mandate for RGW to go (and adapt..or imitate?) Mothersbaugh's Ragnarok with its 80s synth.

Having seen the movie, i understand why RGW chose the 80s style, because basically, Aquaman is Thor Ragnarok underwater.
Dont get me wrong, the visual spectacle is amazing and colorful ( in a good way), some of the cinematography is downright breathtaking,but i really did have a hardtime enjoying this movie in its fullness beacuse the blatant Ragnarok ripping-off here and there.., and dont get me started on the story…
Really, the visual did the heavy lifting in this movie ( and it succeeded in overcoming the weak storyline)
Um, is there a freaking Pitbull remix of Africa on here? What the heck?
