Not Zimmer-related, but I always loved how the DCAU Batman movies gave all the main collaborators from the shows a chance to focus on their sole unique voice, and narrow the music down to each composer's unique strengths
Subzero with Michael McCuistion's haunting choirs, Return of the Joker with Kristopher Carter's harsh electronica, Mystery of the Batwoman with Lolita Ritmanis's soothing pseudo-jazz, and Mask of the Phantasm with Shirley Walker's booming, brassy pizzazz.
Anyways, score's great. One of my faves. It packs that operatic punch BvS can only wish it had.
