Incredible! I’d just assumed from the cheesy movie premise and lack of official release that this wouldn’t be anything special and skipped over it. Mistake! This stuff is great! The whole album, especially the action tracks, are some of the best stuff that has come out of RC Productions in the past few years! I’d go so far as to say I enjoyed it more than any of Zimmer or Powell’s stuff from at least the last year and a half.

This album has what all the recent RC works have been lacking: strong melodic themes. Tracks like "Trouble on the Train" definitely sound like some of the best works of Powell. "Travelling Tracks" brings to mind Narnia’s incredible "The Battle," complete with some great Mexican flair. The barking choir is an awesome creative touch. I could go on. They’re all good!

One question: why no official release? (And why the low Fans Rating? Are people voting solely based on the album artwork or something?)

Not bad? No! It’s GOOD! :D

Heitor updated all the tracks plus a song on his website.

I play it very often these days. I didn’t expect this film could have such great fun action and epic music, along with cute & comedic cues. And of course the Latin atmosphere is very nice :)

Looking forward to more of Heitor’s new works!
