Because it was the best night ever. An amazing show I'd like to watch again and again and again.
But yeah, why a dvd though? I think a bluray would be much better :-p

Unfortunately I have no idea. I know for a fact they mixed 4 tracks entirely (what for I have no idea lol). I don't think there are any plans.
Maybe this doc will put some light on it and motive the right people to get back to it ! :)
