Hans confirmed Kevin Feige has asked him to do MCU movies, but the timing was bad and they felt like he’d done the important characters with Batman, Superman, and Spider-Man. Also says what we all knew: he wouldn’t do Star Wars because he’d just want to make a reinvention, and John Williams did just fine.

well I’m pretty sure he was originally asked to do Iron Man 1 but got Djawadi to do it instead. Busy with TDK. If I had to guess other ones he was asked to do I would guess Avengers 1 and maybe even Winter Soldier
He could have been a good fit for Shang-Chi…He’s no stranger to Asian-influenced scores.
He was asked, but he was doing TDK, so he recommend Djawadi to the job.
I genuinely believe Zimmer could be a great composer for a Hulk movie. I feel he could capture the duality of Banner and the Beast in an interesting way as well as the Sci-Fi aspect.
