45 tracks! Jeezus! There wasn't much missing from this one! Looks to be the same situation with Chapter 2!
Wow! I am very happy to see another large release!
I haven't in a long time, you'll notice…
@Hybrid I don't get it. You usually post lists anyway when stuff like this happens. Why is it such a big deal when someone else does it?
I guess it would depend entirely on what sort of award WB is going after. I'm told if they submit it for an Oscar, they have to present it as is heard in the film, and the OST presentation would definitely disqualify it if that's the case. (The point came up when I asked why The Last Jedi was cues taken from the film stems when somebody else suggested it wasn't because of the ease given how the film was scored)
For years now WB has been jewing out and using the soundtrack as the FYC. Go figure that the same studio who re-releases and re-releases a harry potter collection year after year pulls this
Interestingly, though this score is being submitted for consideration in Awards Season, I haven't seen an FYC floating about for this one. Anybody in the know and is able to say whether the FYC is just this OST, or whether it's different in any way?
Well Ben wrote more than a hundred cues for it ! Lots of very very short pieces… The OST has got everything needed indeed. As for chronlogical order, the second half is, but the first is kinda all over the place with lots of combined cues so hard to really place them, but here's what I came up with (if you don't want to start butchering every track lol) :
Every 27 Years (2:36)
Paper Boat (1:55)
Georgie, Meet Pennywise (3:38)
Derry (2:24)
Shape Shifter (1:42)
Egg Boy (2:44)
River Chase (2:09)
Hockstetter Attack (2:15)
Beverly (1:20)
Derry History (2:48)
Come Join The Clown, Eds (1:20)
Haircut (4:14)
You'll Float Too (3:20)
January Embers (1:05)
Saving Mike (1:15)
This Is Not A Dream (2:08)
Slideshow (2:01)
He Didn't Stutter Once (1:33)
Neibolt Street (4:17)
Time To Float (3:04)
It's What It Wants (1:19)
You'll Die If You Try (4:38)
Return To Neibolt (2:31)
Into The Well (2:05)
Pennywise's Tower (1:48)
The Pennywise Dance (0:36)
Deadlights (2:04)
