An0n, maybe this kind of source or maybe just another little super secret club aka private Discord channel where people (who allegedly connect with industries) can reveal and give you the secrets of industry (you should believe them because their friend is third cousin of cleaner from Abbey Road) and you can spread it, but you can’t name where you take it. Not a new thing, I saw it many times before.

      As Holkenborg explain in 2021…

‘I’m saying you’re not allowed to do it unless there’s a really complex legal structure put in place. I remember when Danny Elfman quoted something from John Williams in his version of Justice League, that it was a legal nightmare to get that.’

So he pay to use his Batman theme.

      Come on… That’s stupid…

So that means that every time Hans used his PotC theme from first movie in the sequels – every time he payed money

So, when Williams theme was used in JL, John has to pay?…)))

An0n, with the citation from Holkenborg that’s more than stupid

MrZimmerFan’s suggestions are so ridiculous… Imagine all composers paying money for their music being used in No Way Home
      LOL

Hans be like, yeah, sure 100 000 $ for 10 secs of my music…

“Danny Elfman had legal nightmares using the John Williams Superman theme in his score… therefore he had to pay money to use his own theme from Batman”.

      wut

      An0n, Yes, absolutely ridiculous

I personally think those legal issues were partually the reason for why Marvel did not followed musical themes from earlier movies (because first 5-6 movies I believe they did with Paramount)…

      Agree with that. Sounds true.
