You can hear the "great theme writer" in every suite and piece of music you uploaded. His themes are maybe simple, also his orchestrations and he also uses sometimes very cheap sounding synths, but his themes and his style is very melodic and catchy. When u hear a trevor rabin score, you hear immediately its by him. I also love his use of the guitar, especially in emotional moments.
In MAX, these parts are for example Bike Toss, the end of Realist Or Hero or the beginning of Max's Suite. When i heard this score for the first time, i was a bit disappointed, because the music wasn't that catchy right from the start. But actually it is. It has a typical, but very nice rabin theme and all the other elements, a rabin fan is looking for. Its a bit like the score for The One. You have to listen a bit more carefully and more often to recognize, that it is a score, you expect and love to hear from trevor.
What happened? What happened? What happened?
I added a lot of audio, for people to discover or rediscover this great theme writer… :)
Almost finished !
welcome back, my Trev!! :)
Great return for Rabin. I like his 90's style.
I will !
Will add a lot of audio for him… Patience lol…
Put a sample of the score if you can :)
Absolutely nothing, it was more between him (or more like, his management back then) and H-Z.com… lol
What happened between him and Hans?
So yeah, I decided to rehabilitate Trevor Rabin to H-Z.com, after what… a 10 years hiatus ? lol
But he definitely should be here… Worked enough with RCP in the past… I'm working on this… :)
