Looks like “1m02A London Chase Pt 1” should have an alternate – film mix sounds different, album version sounds a bit off too…
Only one piece is missing right now. It is:
“Suite – The Chase Theme ALT (4:08)”
Stephane, how is this cue different to Chase Theme suite (not alt)?
“Suite – The Chase Theme” sounds more like alternative London Suite…
Anybody make any progress finding a way we can listen to any of these? Its been 5 years since the movie came out, kinda ridiculous its still not available anywhere
Whats the deal with Antonio’s credits on this score? He lists the London Suite on his website which I assume is for the London Chase pt1 bit as he’s he’s also listed London Chase pt2, but he excludes Aftermath which the cuesheet says he DID work on and instead has the alt listed (which the cuesheet says he didn’t work on).
Credit him everywhere if that’s less complicated ! :) Cause that wouldn’t be false either !
Going through this list after rewatching the film makes me really think that the movie was chopped apart in the editing process. My guess is the film originally was originally closer to 3 hours.
Aside from music listed here that isn’t in the film, the time stamps for about half of the cues don’t match the length that are actually on screen. You can also tell by the released music on the OST that some of these longer pieces were butchered in the editing bay.
There is an early exposition scene where you can tell they are hiding obvious ADR by cutting to closeups of stuff unrelated to the things which are said and they try their damndest to not show the character’s faces as they are talking.
So, yes, there seems to have been quite a lot of last-minute-changes with this movie.
But what does it changes? Movie is so dumb anyway, extra 50 minutes probably could not save this one… But I digress…
