I think I heard a homage on Prometheus Main Theme once and there was a few arrangements of Goldsmith’s theme (scene with CGI face)
And I had some ‘Alien: Resurrection’ vibes at the end, maybe there was something from Frizzel’s score (but I’m not sure)

Perhaps, one of my strong contenders to score of the year.
