I know many don't like this score but I don't really find it terrible. There is actually some pretty cool synth work and the main theme is very strong IMO.
My only complaint is the similarity to The Dark Knight, I feel some of this music would have served Batman V Superman much better.
Ive said it before as well…
This guy sounds like he's using Zimmer's late 90s synths and is going at it like Tyler Bates circa 2005….makes me wonder if Zimmer helped him out on Mad Max with some of the softer cues…..
How about Henry Jackman?
at last it was released !, amazing soundtrack, i liked it. is impossible not appreciate the zimmer's style in this score. really Junkie XL is the best disciple and partner of Hans. They have practically the same way to compose.
I actually really like hearing demoes of the music. I'd love to hear/demos sketches of a lot of scores to get an insight into composers' process.
I much prefer the version of that idea in "If You Love These People".
Available on CD or Digital Download?
The 52 min Sketchbook… lol
OMG! 123 minutes… i hope for going to be good
Got to sit in on part of the recording session for this one. Really liked what I heard. Cant wait.
