Hybrid do you know what cues Mancina worked on here? I read in the Twister booklet that the director heard a cue from this and wanted Hans for Twister but he told him that it was actually Mark.

As for Perseverance's Rain Man, they did get the rights (as far as I know … there was some other score there were some rights issues with, but can't remember exactly now … think it was some John Barry score or something), but no masters was found at the studio (supossedly anyway), but they had gotten the impression that Zimmer himself would help with a master, but when that didn't happen, they decided to go for it with the material they could get a hold of. Wether it was a good choice or not ($ – wise) I don't know, but while they could have gotten all the thousands ! of $ they had spent on it back, they might not have, so… it's not like if you buy something, and then get a refund by sending it back … a bit more complicated I guess
