Listened the score, and none of moments when Edmonson’s theme appear aren’t in the album.
Either way, the score at least, is enjoyable, but very far from Edmonson’s work and Jackman’s work
Where did you listen to the score?
Saw It… and could be worse, bit was enjoyable.
As for Djawadi’s score, was ok, neither as good as Edmonson, even Jackman (Nate’s theme appear only twice in the movie), has more in common with Red Notice than Uncharted, also not good as Jablonsky either
One Way or another, that score is awful.
No it’s not. You couldn’t even begin to explain why lol.
Dosen’t have any structure (even a rock album have more interest), the main theme is the only thing is merely memorable, the other stuff is repiting electric guitars and drum kits or some emotional moments are boring, even the villano stuff (Stane’s have a theme?, don’t remember anynthing, jesus, the winter soldier’s theme is more remarkable).
Put it simple: Pacific Rim is what Iron Man should have sound, is just my opinion.
How in the world can someone trash Iron Man and praise Pacific Rim in the same sentence is beyond me. Pretty much your whole decription of IM would fit Pacific Rim, in your standards.
yo, if I was less civilizated, I could punch for trashing Iron Man ;)
peace
btw winter soldier has a theme? i thought sound designs artists were like let’s have some creepy sounds while WS on screen)
First you’re wrong on two things, they did use his music and by his music i mean his original music. They used themes from the song Twelve Towers which does not include the Nate theme from Greg and two I never claimed he invented the nate theme.
Where use Twelve Towers?
Because i don’t remember anynthing to resemblence that cue in the movie.
You talk about using his material in the ads, and isn’t true, no Jackman’s music was used in the adverstaising
