Every time I revisit this score the first cue I automatically go back to is “This Isn’t Right”. Something about RGW’s string writing always stuck with me, even if he isn’t the most memorable when it comes to themes.

As for this score itself, I feel like it might have become a classic had it not been paired with such a shitty film. It’s funny, the score sounds less like Hans’ style to me and more like James Horner’s. Granted he only wrote one cue apparently…

Yeah, strange… The comments section carried over from a Black Hawk Down bootleg. :P Is this the same page reincarnated, Hybrid?

But theres two alternates of Hunger, where did one of them come from if the other is from a deleted scene?

Im aware its asking a lot but can anyone do a breakdown of each piece and how it was made, e.g.

    01. OST track + Dooley Website track
    02. OST track
    03. Deleted Scene
    04. Isolated music from DVD bonus, etc?

Demos are ripped from the DVD bonus feature that show’s how Zimmer went about creating the music. Hunger (Alternative) is ripped from the deleted scene that show’s the replaced cue with Josh’s voice.

Interestingly enough, there seemed to be two seperate themes as there was suppose to be a rock version of the battle theme and a orchestral version of the battle theme. I’m guessing he merged and edited them for "Tribal War". I think however (if it’s still up on youtube) that someone has gotten a hold of the orchestral version of the battle theme but cut as it merges up with ‘Tribal War’.

What is, then? Some of the cues here are mono, is there bootleg with those cues in stereo?

i agree with Raven! all other tracks from the realese and the bootlegs around. Not in best quality, but ok.
    i hope for a &quot–complete&quot– score sometimes.
